Coaching the Tinderstixx was a delight in deed! I LOVE it when people who've never done a thing before, just up and does it! I say jump, they jump. Just like that. Those kinds of people are so easy to teach.
However, my body is really hating me now. At the moment I've been up 23hrs and only had 4 hours of sleep in the last 48. And another workout on top of endurance last night has really crippled me. Sorry muscles, I promise to treat you well tomorrow!
And I'll finish off with a huge thanks to the Stixx and the kittens who came along to help out.
